How do I pay?

Purity Water accepts payments via Paypal, all major credit cards and also offers direct debits from your bank account through EziDebit. Check out our terms and conditions for more information.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. Keep in touch via Facebook & Twitter for more international updates.

Do you offer gift memberships?

Not yet. But stay tuned! We are introducing new and exiting things all the time.

How much does shipping cost?

Purity Water has partnered with Toll Ipec to ensure we give you the best shipping and handling prices available. Our Floor Standing water purifier and benchtop water purifier is completely free of any shipping and handling costs. Filters and counter top purifiers attract a shipping and handling fee, but rest assured, you wont get it cheaper.

When will you ship my order?

Purity Water orders are processed right away and leave our warehouse shortly after that. Shipments usually take 3-4 days once mailed.

How do I install my Purifier?

Installation for all of our Purifiers is demonstrated by videos. Please see our installation guides here

How do I know when my filter needs replacing?

Purity Water has made this easy for our customers. We inform you. Purity Care emails you to let you know when your filter has reached the end of its life so you can purchase a new one. Opted out of Purity Care upon purchase of your unit? don’t worry, see Purity Care for more information and then you’ll never have to worry about when you need to replace your filter again.

How do I replace the filter?

Replacement of all of our filters is demonstrated by videos. Go to our video links now to watch the installation video of your water purifier which will help you out.

How do I Maintain my Purifier?

Do not use any harsh abrasives or chemical cleaners on the filters or the units as this will contaminate the water

Use soft cloth to wipe down your Purity Water purifier to keep it free of dust fingerprints

Clean your water dispenser tray regularly to avoid mildew

To clean your filter, simply drain your unit, remove the filter and soak overnight in cold water and lemon juice.

Rinse thoroughly before re-using

If your filter, or purifier unit is not in use, ensure that it is completely dry before storage to avoid mould

We do not recommend using or attempting to clean a mouldy unit or filter, simply dispose of safely and replace.

Are your filters compatible with my existing undersink or counter top system?

Yes, in general. Please go to Filters, then select the filter you want and check out the Technical Information to be sure.

How do you fill the Benchtop and Floor Standing Water Purifiers?

Simply pour tap or tank water into the top of the unit. Also, Purity Water supply a Water Pitcher for free with the purchase of any Bench Top or Floor Standing Water Purifier.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal at this time. And all major credit cards.

What is the warranty on Purity Water’s Products?

Purity Water does warrant that those goods and services will be complete or free from all defects. Also, we offer a full manufacturers warranty against any manufacture defect for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
